Dr. Jon- Anthony Pryce
MBBS, DM ( General Surgery)
Co-Founder, Consultant General Surgeon
Dr. Jon Anthony Pryce completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies where we was awarded the MBBS degree and obtained a Honours in Surgery. He then went on the complete the DM program at the same institution in General Surgery. He has always been passionate about the practice of surgery and has a special gift of serving in this area especially among elderly patients. As a result he has been adopted as the son and grandson of many of his patients and continues to have a relationship with patients he met more than 6 years ago in his early years at the Cornwall Regional Hospital.
He is currently practicing at the Kingston Public Hospital where he puts all his energy into ensuring that patients feel valued and cared for despite the many challenges.
As one of our leaders at JAXIN, he is the epitome of a servant’s heart in action. He is always patient centered and will go above and beyond to ensure his patients get access to the care they need.
Dr. Xinyu Addae-Lee
MBBS, LLB (Hons) , LEC, BMSc, DO (Dist)
Managing Director, General Practitioner, Eye Care Physician, Attorney-at-Law
Dr. Xinyu Addae-Lee is a two time graduate of the University of the West Indies’ MBBS/BMSc and LLB program and has since gone on to attain a Post Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology with Distinction from the University of Plymouth and a LEC from the Norman Manley Law School. She has been in the optical business for over 10 years, as she started out in her family business, this is partly why JAXIN has such a strong Optical arm. Family Medicine was a natural addition as it is the area of the practice that Dr. Addae-Lee feels called to. The ability to see a wide range of medical issues as well as a wide patient population has fueled her passion for this area. She focuses on ensuring that the whole patient is considered and that she empowers her patients to feel confident about their health and their ability to actively engage in striving toward achieving the best health they can have. In her early years in the field of medicine Dr. Addae-Lee sought to learn more about Keloid removal and treatment because of how common it was in this population. As a result of the desire to help persons with this issue she has ensured that JAXIN provides this service.
Dr. Andrew Greene

Dr. Andrew Greene is a highly experienced family doctor with over 25 years of dedicated service. With a special interest in caring for diabetics, hypertension, and the elderly, Dr. Greene provides comprehensive healthcare and promotes wellness among his patients.Known for his excellent communication skills, Dr. Greene takes the time to empathize and understand his patients’ needs. He believes in building long-term relationships and takes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on preventive care and overall well-being.

Ms. Daneilia Thelwell
Supervisor, Dispensing Optician
Daneilia Thelwell joined our team at its inception. She is trained in the area of Customer Service and as an Optical Dispenser; she is a past graduate of Alpha Academy and has earned her diploma and other certification at the National Heart Trust. She is a self driven person who is passionate about keeping our customers satisfied and happy with our service.
Ms. Jinhay Paline
Dispensing Optician
Jinhay Paline joined our team in September 2021, as a Dispensing optician. She is a graduate of Bridgeport high. Her customer service is exceptional as she puts her customers first. She is hard working and a good team player as she tries to make everyone satisfied.Jinhay is very jovial and loves listening to music .
Mr. Dominic Dacres
Physician Assistant, Dispensing Optician
Dominic Dacres joined our team in January 2021, he is a valuable asset to our team. He is humble, kind and generious. He is a people person and will go above and beyond to help everyone. He is a graduate of Career Nursing International where he pursued his nursing study.
Ms. Yanique Weathers
Phlebotomist, Physician Assistant
Yanique Weathers Bell joined our team in november 2022. She is a self driven personIs who always ensures her patients are satisfied. She is a graduate of Clan Carthy High School then further her study at Distinction College where she got her certificate in phlebotomy.
